Churston Ferrers Grammar School  is a state school located near the town of Brixham in Devon. There are approximately 1050 students on roll, including around 280 in the Sixth Form. This includes in the region of 30 students per year group who did not previously study at Churston, as well as a number of short-term international guests on cultural exchange. Approximately 75% of students progress to higher education each year.

Most students follow three A Level courses, plus an EPQ, Core Maths or AS Further Maths qualification in Year 12, with a small number taking four A Levels, alongside a full tutor programme covering PSHE, Careers, Citizenship, RE and Study Skills. Students have access to a range of extra-curricular activities and leadership opportunities, and are expected to meet a minimum number of hours of school-related active citizenship. Support is also available for students to undertake work experience.
