Independent Learning and Pathways at Churston Ferrers Grammar School
At Churston Ferrers Grammar School we strive for academic excellence, yet we understand that young people’s Personal Development (PD) involves more than terminal examination results. Our PD programme has been designed to raise our students’ awareness of their particular strengths as learners and to develop them as well-rounded individuals.
Relevant Policies
Our Careers Policy was adopted by the governing body in February 2020. It is next due for review in January 2023. Our Provider Access Policy was adopted by the governing body in March 2019. This policy was reviewed in March 2021. We are very keen for employers to support our CEIAG activities listed in our Provider Access Policy and within the Annual Careers Provision document (link below). Employers who are interested in supporting these activities should contact our Careers Coordinator to discuss the most suitable opportunity.
